This is the basic level for healing yourself, family and friends. This course is certificated with a course manual and includes four attunements. It is taught over one day.
This course will begin your spiritual journey, you will be taught how to self-heal as well as learning many traditional Japanese techniques as taught by Mikao Usui (the founder of Reiki).
You will receive four attunements each of which heightens your spiritual awareness and provides a direct connection to the Reiki healing energies. This level gives you the ability to heal spiritually and by the end of the course not only will you be able to self-heal but you will have embarked upon your path to enlightenment!
No prior experience is necessary to take this course.
